The Keithley 617 Programmable Electrometer is a precision measurement instrument for voltage, current, charge, and resistance characterization across extremely wide ranges. It delivers high input impedance and exceptionally low input offset current, making it ideal for low-level signal acquisition from high-resistance sources. IEEE-488 programmability enables full automation and integration into automated test systems.
