The Keithley 7011-S is a high-performance switch card designed for automated signal routing in multi-channel measurement systems. It provides four independent 1×10 2-pole multiplexer banks that can be configured into dual 1×20, 1×10 and 1×30, or single 1×40 multiplexer topologies. The 7001 mainframe automatically configures the 7011-S for 4-pole signals by combining channel pairs, enabling dual 1×10 or single 1×20 4-pole multiplexer operation. Two 7011-S cards can be linked via the backplane to form a 1×80 multiplexer, with outputs connectable to Model 7012 rows for further expansion.
