The Keithley 7011-S is a quad 1×10 multiplexer card that expands channel capacity in Keithley 7001 and 7002 switch mainframes. Four independent 1×10 2-pole multiplexer banks can be configured as dual 1×20, 1×10/1×30, or single 1×40 multiplexer, supporting 2-, 4-, or 8-pole operation. Screw terminal connectors accommodate wire sizes from #22 AWG (typical) to #16 AWG maximum, with jumper-selectable bank isolation. The card delivers low contact potential (< 2 µV per channel contact pair), sub-ohm channel resistance (< 1 Ω), and 3 ms actuation time.
