The Keithley 7012-S is a 4×10 matrix switch card for use with Keithley 7001 and 7002 mainframes. It provides 2-pole Form A (Hi, Lo) switching across 4 rows and 10 columns, with screw terminal connectors rated for #16 to #22 AWG wire. The card handles DC signals up to 110 V at 1 A (30 VA resistive load) and AC signals to 125 V RMS or 175 V AC peak at the same current and power level. Common mode voltage tolerance reaches 175 V peak to chassis.
