The Keithley 7013-S is a 20-channel, 2-pole independent relay switch module engineered for signal routing and switching in automated test systems. Each channel provides isolated Form A (Hi, Lo) contact pairs accessible via screw terminal connectors, supporting DC levels to 110 V, AC signals to 125 V RMS (175 V peak), and switched currents to 1 A. Multiple relays can be energized simultaneously to configure higher pole counts—such as four-pole single-throw (4PST)—enabling flexible circuit topologies for diverse measurement and switching applications.
