Keithley 7074

The Keithley 7074 is a high-performance multiplexer card that delivers flexible signal routing for precision electronic test and measurement applications. It integrates into Keithley switching systems with eight independent 1×12 banks configurable as cascaded or tree topologies for extended channel counts up to 1×96. Each bank features 3-pole Form A contact configuration (HI, LO, GUARD) with exceptional signal integrity: contact potential under 5µV, offset current below 100pA, and contact resistance below 0.6Ω initial rising to 1.6Ω at end of life. The 7074 handles up to 200V signals with 0.5A switched current and 1A carry current, supported by bank and channel isolation exceeding 10¹⁰Ω with less than 10pF capacitance. Crosstalk remains below −55dB at 1MHz into 50Ω load. Operating bandwidth reaches 10MHz typical at 50Ω load, with insertion loss of 0.1dB at 1MHz. Relay settling time is under 3ms per 15mA drive current per relay. Contact life exceeds 10⁸ closures under cold switching conditions; maximum signal level switching achieves 10⁵ closures.
