The Keithley 708B is a single-slot semiconductor switch matrix mainframe that controls up to 96 crosspoints through a single 8×12 matrix card. Designed for high-speed switching in laboratory and production test environments, it delivers command execution in as little as 1.9 ms and trigger-to-trigger response under 0.5 μs. The instrument stores hundreds of switching configurations in non-volatile memory and supports both manual front-panel operation and remote control via LXI Class C, USB, and GPIB interfaces.
