The Kepco BOP20-10M is a 200 W bipolar operational power supply and amplifier delivering ±20 V and ±10 A output with four-quadrant operation. It functions simultaneously as both a precision voltage and current source/sink, capable of sourcing and sinking 100% of its current rating. The unit sustains DC operation and replicates arbitrary AC waveforms, making it suitable for demanding laboratory and industrial control applications requiring high-speed voltage and current programming.

• Load stability design optimized for resistive loads at full high-speed performance
– Load Considerations
The BOP20-10M is engineered primarily for resistive loads. Capacitive loads exceeding 0.1 µF require external film capacitors on the programming connector to prevent oscillation. Inductive loading stability can be optimized using special terminals on the user port. Modified versions (BOP20-10ML/DL) provide stability with inductive loads up to 1 Henry.
– Integration Options
Digital display capability is available by substituting suffix “D” for “M.” GPIB control is supported through IEEE 488.2 interfaces: BIT 4882 (12-bit) and BIT 4886 (16-bit). Serial bus control via TMA-27 enables long-range operation on Kepco’s serial network.
