The Keysight 1132A InfiniiMax is a 5 GHz active differential probe engineered for high-speed signal acquisition on Infiniium oscilloscopes. This probing system delivers measurement-grade bandwidth to the probe tip while maintaining ultra-low loading on the device under test through exceptionally low input capacitance and flat frequency response.
