The Keysight (Agilent) E4980A Precision LCR Meter delivers accurate impedance characterization across 20 Hz to 2 MHz with 0.05% basic accuracy. Engineered for research, development, manufacturing, and quality control, this instrument measures passive components, semiconductors, and materials with 4-digit resolution. The meter accommodates test signal voltages from 100 µVrms to 2 Vrms (standard) or 0–20 Vrms with Option 001, and test currents to 20 mA standard or 100 mArms with Option 001.
