The Keysight (Agilent) 8349A is a solid-state microwave amplifier delivering gain and power output across 2 GHz to 20 GHz. Built on a GaAs FET multi-stage architecture, this self-contained unit provides more than 15 dB minimum gain over its full frequency range and typical output power of 100 mW (+20 dBm) from 2–18.6 GHz, dropping to 63 mW (+18 dBm) at 18.6–20 GHz in unleveled mode.
