– System Architecture
The 85106D integrates with the 8510C network analyzer through the 85105A millimeter-wave controller, which manages amplification and RF switching. Two 85104A test set modules house the waveguide hardware, splitting S-parameter measurement capability between them. The system accepts the 83621B or 83651B synthesized source as the RF stimulus.
