The Keysight B2911B is a single-channel Precision Source/Measure Unit delivering integrated 4-quadrant sourcing and measurement in one compact instrument. It sources and measures voltage to ±210 V and pulsed current to 10.5 A with 10 fA current resolution and 100 nV voltage resolution. The B2911B performs 6½-digit measurements, supports 4-wire configuration for low-voltage precision, and buffers up to 100,000 measured values. Its 4.3-inch color TFT LCD (480×272) display enables graphical and numerical data visualization in Single, Chart, and Roll modes.
