The Keysight DP0010A is a 250 MHz differential active probe designed for precision measurement of differential signals in high-speed digital circuits and communication systems. It delivers 1.35 ns rise time and maintains high input impedance (1.7 MΩ || 1.5 pF) to minimize loading effects on the circuit under test. The probe operates via the AutoProbe1 interface, which supplies power, DC offset adjustment (±60 V range), and automatic attenuation configuration synchronized to oscilloscope vertical scaling. Two auto-attenuation modes provide measurement flexibility: 17:1 attenuation for ±4.2 V peak signals and 85:1 attenuation for ±42 V peak differential signals, covering a maximum differential measurement range of ±42 V DC + AC peak.
