The Keysight E5052B Signal Source Analyzer is a benchtop instrument for comprehensive RF and microwave signal source characterization. It consolidates phase noise, AM noise, frequency transient, and clock jitter measurements into a single platform, eliminating signal reconnections and reducing test time by over 10× compared to conventional methods. Direct connection capability and integrated low-noise DC sources enable rapid evaluation of VCOs, crystal oscillators, SAW oscillators, dielectric resonator oscillators, YIG oscillators, PLL synthesizers, RFICs, and L.O. circuits.
