This connector integrates into the 66000A mainframe—which accommodates up to eight DC power modules—to supply bias power and stimulus to subassemblies and final products. The connector features screw terminals for load connections, dedicated sense terminals for remote voltage sensing, and a ground terminal for signal-ground applications. It supports both local and remote sensing modes via a selectable switch, allowing voltage regulation either at the connector or directly at the load. Hot-swap capability permits module installation and removal without disturbing connected wiring, streamlining test-system assembly and maintenance in ATE and production test environments.
