The Keysight/Agilent/HP 53132-60003 is an optional 3 GHz frequency measurement board that expands the capabilities of compatible universal and RF counters. This internal hardware option adds a third independent measurement channel to 53131A, 53132A, and 53181A series instruments, enabling precise frequency and time interval measurements up to 3 GHz. The board installs directly into the host counter’s mainframe and draws power from the instrument’s internal supply.
