The Keysight/Agilent/HP 66105A is a DC power module for the 66000 modular power system, delivering precision bias and stimulus power in automated test and production environments. It plugs into the 66000 mainframe alongside up to seven additional modules, stacking up to 1.2 kW of output in 4U of rack space. The 66105A provides 0–120 V at 0–1.25 A (150 W maximum) with low ripple, tight regulation, and programmable protection. Remote control via GPIB enables voltage and current sequencing, LIST-mode operations, and non-volatile state recall—critical for complex ATE workflows.
