The probe connects to any oscilloscope with a 1 MΩ BNC input, including Keysight InfiniiVision 2000X/3000X/5000/6000/7000 Series, Infiniium 8000/9000 Series, and 90000A/X-Series instruments. Oscilloscope input impedance must be configured to 1 MΩ for accuracy. An external power supply unit (N2779A) is required; it supports connection of up to three N278xB probes. The E2697A impedance adapter is available for 50 Ω input oscilloscopes.
