The Keysight N2800A is a 16 GHz InfiniiMax III Series probe amplifier engineered for high-speed digital design validation and signal integrity analysis. Built on indium phosphide (InP) IC process technology with 200 GHz transistor switching speed, it delivers full 16 GHz bandwidth directly to the probe tip with low noise and measurement fidelity. The amplifier’s extremely low loading on the Device Under Test (DUT) combined with minimal capacitive loading makes it ideal for demanding probing applications requiring high accuracy and signal preservation.
