Keysight (Agilent) N6705A DC Power Analyzer, Modular, 600 W, 4 Slots

The Keysight N6705A DC Power Analyzer is a modular 600 W mainframe that integrates four DC power supply slots with integrated Digital Multimeter, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator, and data logger functions. Accepts up to four N6700 family DC power modules—23 options ranging from 50 W to 300 W with voltage ratings to 100 V and current ratings to 20 A. Delivers voltmeter accuracy to 0.016% + 1.5 mV and ammeter accuracy to 0.03% + 15 μA, both at 18-bit resolution. The onboard oscilloscope digitizes voltage and current at up to 100 kHz with 512 kpts memory and 18-bit resolution. Arbitrary waveform generator operates to 4500 Hz with 300 W output capability. Data logger captures up to 500 million readings at intervals from 20 µs to 60 s, with 512 MB non-volatile storage for logs, traces, and settings. Step voltage changes execute in 160 microseconds. Programmable via GPIB (SCPI-1993, IEEE 488.2), USB, and LAN with LXI Class C compliance. Operates 0°C to 55°C (current derated 1% per °C above 40°C), up to 95% relative humidity, and 2000 m altitude.
