The Keysight N6763A is a precision DC power module engineered for automatic test equipment and research applications demanding high accuracy and fast command response. This single-channel, 300 W module delivers 0–20 V and 0–50 A with programming accuracy of ±0.03% + 5 mV (voltage) and ±0.1% + 15 mA (current) at 23°C ±5°C. Output ripple and noise remain exceptionally low: voltage peak-to-peak ≤ 5 mV, voltage RMS ≤ 1 mV, and current RMS ≤ 10 mA across the 20 Hz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The module occupies two slots within a compatible mainframe and operates from 100–240 V AC supply, rated to 55°C maximum.
