The Keysight N6786A is a single-channel, double-wide 2-quadrant Source/Measure Unit (SMU) designed for advanced functional testing of battery drain analysis, DC/DC converters, power management units, power amplifiers, and power management ICs. It stimulates the input stage of a device under test with fast sourcing and waveforms up to 100 kHz while simultaneously loading and measuring the output stage. This module integrates into the N6700 series and requires a compatible mainframe such as the N6700 or N6705 DC power analyzer.
