The Keysight N2787A 3D Probe Positioner is a precision positioning accessory engineered for stable, three-dimensional probe placement during electronic testing and measurement. Its articulating arm delivers fine-grained XYZ positioning via a stepless clamping system, enabling access to difficult-to-reach test points with repeatable 0.5 µm step resolution.
