The LeCroy D610 WaveLink is a 6 GHz differential probe engineered for signal integrity measurements in high-speed digital systems. It delivers full system bandwidth when paired with compatible Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes through individually factory-calibrated SiGe technology and programmed coefficients that digitally compensate system response. The probe minimizes signal disturbance via low loading characteristics and high input impedance, making it suitable for analyzing XAUI, USB 1.1/2.0, PCI Express® 1.1, HDMI, DisplayPort, and DDR memory interfaces.
