Lecroy HFP3500

The Teledyne LeCroy HFP3500 is a 3.5 GHz active voltage probe designed for precision high-frequency signal acquisition in demanding measurement environments. It delivers minimal circuit loading through 0.7 pF input capacitance and high input impedance, preserving signal integrity across complex electronic designs. The 10X attenuation probe integrates with LeCroy oscilloscopes via ProBus, enabling direct offset control from the instrument’s front panel and AutoColor ID functionality that automatically matches probe illumination to the connected channel’s trace color. For non-LeCroy instruments, operation is supported with an ADPPS power supply.
