The Teledyne LeCroy SDA3000A is a 4-channel serial data analyzer built for signal integrity testing and debugging of high-speed serial links across advanced communication protocols. It delivers 3 GHz bandwidth with maximum single-shot sampling to 20 GS/s, expanding to 200 GS/s via Random Interleaved Sampling for repetitive signals. The instrument captures up to 4 Mpts/channel in 4-channel mode, scaling to 16 Mpts/channel in 2-channel operation, with XXL variants providing 100 Mpts/channel. A 150 ps rise time and 50 Ω input impedance enable precise measurements across serial data standards. SMART Triggers support state and edge qualification, plus serial data pattern triggering up to 1.5 Gbits/sec (2.7 Gbits/sec with upgrades).
