Lecroy ZS1500

The Teledyne LeCroy ZS1500 is a 1.5 GHz high-impedance active probe engineered to minimize circuit loading during precision high-frequency measurements. Its 1 MΩ input resistance and 0.9 pF input capacitance preserve signal integrity while enabling accurate characterization of fast transients and complex waveforms. The probe accepts both 0.635 mm square pin and 0.91 mm round pin inputs, accommodating diverse test point geometries. With ± 8 V dynamic range and ± 12 V offset capability, the ZS1500 operates across a wide measurement window. The 10:1 attenuation ratio reduces probe loading effects, critical for impedance-sensitive circuits.
