The Marconi IFR Aeroflex 6824 is a three-input scalar analyzer engineered for precision microwave and RF component characterization across 10 MHz to 24 GHz. It combines a low-phase-noise synthesized signal source with EEPROM-corrected scalar detectors to deliver simultaneous insertion and return loss measurements with accuracy approaching power sensor performance. The instrument supports transmission line fault location with 0.1% accuracy, making it equally suited to laboratory benches and field deployments.
