The Newport PTS-FOSW 1×2 Fiber Optic Switch Module is an optically passive, bi-directional routing component that directs optical signals from a single input to one of two selectable outputs. Transparent to bit rates and data formats, it enables testing of multiple passive fiber optic devices and multi-port assemblies using a single light source and optical meter. The module supports remote PC control for automated test sequences, burn-in testing, and environmental characterization.
