The NH Research 505 Powertest is a modular power supply test system for measuring voltage, current, power, and efficiency across power supplies and components. It delivers accurate, repeatable results while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The system supports multiple regulation modes—constant-voltage, constant-current, and constant-power—plus resistance emulation for real-world condition simulation. Individual test channels are rated at 8 kW source and 12 kW sink, with modular architecture enabling expansion to higher power levels. Regenerative operation recovers discharge power back to AC mains at up to 87% efficiency, reducing operational costs and thermal load.
