The NI cFP-TC-120 is an 8-channel thermocouple input module for National Instruments Compact FieldPoint systems. It delivers precise temperature measurement across eight differential inputs with integrated cold-junction compensation, linearization to NIST ITS-90 standard, and automatic scaling to engineering units. The module supports eight thermocouple types—B, E, R, K, J, N, T, and S—plus millivolt-level voltage inputs. Its 16-bit measurement resolution, open thermocouple detection with LED indicators, and onboard 50/60 Hz noise rejection enable accurate data acquisition in demanding industrial environments. Hot-swappable design permits installation and removal without system shutdown.
