The NI cRIO-9068 is an embedded real-time controller integrating a 667 MHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with a Xilinx Zynq-7020 FPGA for advanced control and monitoring in industrial environments. Running NI Linux Real-Time OS, it delivers 106,400 flip-flops, 53,200 LUTs, and 220 DSP slices for signal processing and logic implementation. The fanless design operates across -40 °C to 70 °C, meeting ATEX hazardous location certification (Ex nA IIC T4 Gc). With 512 MB DRAM and 1 GB nonvolatile storage, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual/triple RS-232 serial interfaces, one RS-485 port, and one USB host port, the cRIO-9068 supports eight C Series I/O module slots for scalable distributed I/O. Dual power inputs enable redundant supply configurations across 9 VDC to 30 VDC with 25 W maximum consumption and reverse-voltage protection.
