The NI FP-DO-DC60 is a two-channel discrete output module for FieldPoint terminal bases, engineered to switch and control DC loads from 3 to 60 VDC in industrial automation and process control systems. Each channel delivers 0.75 A at 25°C (0.3 A at 60°C) with a maximum output delay of 0.06 ms, supporting both sinking and sourcing device topologies. The module integrates channel-to-channel optical isolation and 2500 V isolation from the power supply and backplane, ensuring safe operation in electrically noisy environments. Two independent replaceable fuses and dual green status LEDs provide fault visibility and circuit protection.

– Compatibility & Integration
The FP-DO-DC60 mounts directly to the FP-TB-10 terminal base, which accommodates up to six modules. A single network interface module can control up to 9 FP-TB-10 bases. The C and V power bus terminals on the FP-TB-10 support external power supply connection when channel isolation is not required.
