The NI IMAQ PCI-1411 is a single-channel image acquisition module for capturing analog video from monochrome or color cameras using standard video standards. This PCI bus master device acquires, buffers, and processes video data in real time, supporting PAL, NTSC, RS-170, and CCIR formats via S-Video (Y/C) or composite (CVBS) inputs. The module integrates a video decoder, programmable gain and offset circuitry, pixel decimation, and HSL color conversion on board, eliminating the need for external processing hardware.
