NI PXI-2527 32-Channel (2-Wire), 300 V Multiplexer Switch

The NI PXI-2527 is a 32-channel multiplexer switch module for PXI and PXI Express systems, delivering deterministic signal routing for automated test applications. Each channel configures for 2-wire measurements and handles voltages up to 300 V (CAT I). Armature relays with gold-covered palladium-ruthenium contacts provide an estimated 1 × 10⁸ cycle life. The module supports multiple topologies—64×1, 32×1, 16×1, and independent configurations—enabling flexible channel expansion for voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, and inductance measurements. Onboard relay counting enables real-time monitoring, while hardware triggers and scan rates up to 140 channels/s optimize test throughput. Thermocouple measurement is supported via the NI TB-2627 terminal block with onboard cold-junction compensation.
