The NI PXI-4130 is a programmable, high-power Source Measure Unit designed for integration into PXI systems. This isolated SMU channel delivers four-quadrant operation across ±20 V and ±6 V ranges with measurement resolution down to 1 nA, making it ideal for component characterization, battery testing, and LED testing. A utility channel provides complementary 0–6 V, 1 A output for auxiliary power needs. The module sources up to 40 W and sinks up to 10 W, with 4-wire remote sensing support to minimize lead-drop errors. Power flexibility comes from PXI backplane or external 11–15.5 V auxiliary supplies.
