The NI PXI-4132 is a programmable, high-power Source Measure Unit (SMU) for precision I-V characterization within PXI systems. This single-slot, 3U module delivers isolated four-quadrant sourcing and sinking capability up to 2 W, with dual voltage ranges (±10 V, ±100 V) and five current ranges (10 µA to 100 mA). It provides 10 pA current sensitivity, 500 ns trigger-to-source delay, and 4,200 updates/s maximum source rate—ideal for leakage measurements on ICs, discrete components, PCBs, and cables, as well as high-speed I-V characterization of diodes, transistors, and organic LEDs.
