The NI SCC-PWR02 is a dual-output power supply board that delivers regulated power to National Instruments SCC signal conditioning modules and carriers. This 15W switching supply accepts 90 VAC to 264 VAC input and outputs three voltage rails—+5 VDC, +15 VDC, and -15 VDC—with independent current limits optimized for analog and digital subsystems. The system comprises a desktop power supply (PS01) and integrated filtering within the carrier enclosure, providing up to 8.74 W analog power and 6.97 W digital power. Designed for harsh operating environments, it meets IEC 61010-1, EN 61010-1, UL 3121-1, UL 61010C-1, and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 1010.1 safety standards. The board connects via 20-pin right-angle male connector and removable screw terminal or minithermocouple interfaces. Operating temperature range spans 0 °C to 40 °C with storage capability from -20 °C to 80 °C.
