NI VXI-MXI Module

The NI VXI-MXI Module bridges VXIbus and MXIbus architectures, enabling high-speed communication between VXI mainframes and external PCI-based computers or PXI/CompactPCI systems. This register-based VXIbus extender allows a VXI chassis to be controlled from a remote host equipped with an MXIbus interface, eliminating the need for embedded controllers within the VXI chassis itself.
