Noyes VFS1

The Noyes VFS1 Visual Fault Locator is a portable video microscope for inspecting fiber optic connector end-faces in field and network environments. It delivers high-magnification imagery to identify scratches, pits, contamination, and other defects on 125 µm fiber ferrules and surrounding areas up to 250 µm diameter. The miniature CCD camera with coaxial LED illumination requires no bulb replacement and supports interchangeable connector-specific adapter tips for SC, ST, FC, and other connector types. Users can inspect connectors in-place through bulkhead adapters or examine installed units in patch panels, distribution frames, and network equipment.
