The stage accepts Newport manual actuators (AJS100-1 adjustment screw, SM-25 vernier micrometer, DMH-1 digital micrometer, DM-25L lockable micrometer) and motorized actuators (TRA25CC, TRA25PPD, TRB25CC, TRB25PP, LTA-HS).
