The PACE SMR PIK and PASTE is a Pulse Heat rework station engineered for precision soldering, desoldering, and component placement on PCBs. The system delivers controlled temperature ramp-up to reflow temperatures, minimizing thermal shock and unintended heating of adjacent joints. An ergonomic handpiece with fine-tipped applicator enables accurate solder paste dispensing and controlled thermal operations across small surface mount devices and fine-pitch connectors. The station features analog power control across dual ranges, adjustable from power level 1–20, with real-time feedback via LCD or LED display. ESD-safe metal housing protects sensitive assemblies during rework. Password protection secures system settings when required.
