Rigol MC3416 – 16 channel actuator module for use with M300 DAQ System

The Rigol MC3416 is a 16-channel actuator module that integrates into the Rigol M300 DAQ System mainframe to provide precision control and switching of external devices and test signals. Each of the 16 independent channels features a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) switch configurable as Normally-Open (NO) or Normally-Closed (NC), with access to NO, NC, and Common (COM) contacts. The module delivers 200 channels/s switching speed and handles up to 300 Vrms (DC/AC) and 2 Arms (DC/AC) per channel. Isolation within banks reaches -40 dB. The MC3416 occupies one of five available slots in the M300 mainframe and requires the M3TB16 terminal block (sold separately) for external signal connections. The terminal block accommodates 14 AWG to 24 AWG conducting wires with 6.5 mm stripping length and provides 16 labeled channel groups (CH01–CH16), each with NO, NC, and COM terminals secured by binding wires and screws.
