The HP 70950B Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a diffraction-grating based instrument for spectral measurements of optical power versus wavelength. It characterizes optical components, amplifiers, LEDs, DFB lasers, and Fabry-Perot lasers with high wavelength accuracy and resolution. The module installs in an HP 70004A display or HP 70001A mainframe and operates via optical spectrum analyzer keypad.
