Equipment info

The Stanford Research Systems PPM100 is a stand-alone partial pressure monitor and controller designed for integration with Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs) and capacitance manometers. It measures partial pressures from SRS RGAs and total pressure from up to four capacitance manometers with full-scale ranges to 1000 Torr. The instrument combines a 4.7-inch touchscreen LCD display with graphical output capability—numeric, bar graph, and Pressure vs. Time modes—enabling direct RGA parameter programming from the front panel without a host PC.

– Technical Specifications
