The Tektronix 11A16 is a dual-channel current amplifier that extends the measurement capabilities of compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes. This plug-in module delivers high-sensitivity current analysis by operating with A6302 and A6303 current probes, automatically detecting probe type and scaling display values accordingly. The 11A16 enables precise current measurements across DC to 50 MHz bandwidth with the A6302, or DC to 15 MHz with the A6303, supporting deflection factors from 1 mA/Div to 2 A/Div. Each channel incorporates an M377 amplifier chip and features selectable AC, DC, or Off coupling, calibrated DC offset adjustment, polarity inversion, and probe degaussing capability.
