The Tektronix MDO34 3 Series Mixed Domain Oscilloscope integrates oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and optional function generator capabilities into a single instrument for debugging and analysis of embedded systems, IoT devices, and power electronics. The 4-channel oscilloscope core delivers up to 5 GS/s sample rate with 10 M record length per channel and waveform capture rates exceeding 280,000 wfm/s. A hardware-based spectrum analyzer provides 9 kHz to 1 GHz frequency coverage with optional 3 GHz upgrade, supporting ultra-wide 3 GHz capture bandwidth and guaranteed RF specifications. The touchscreen-enabled interface combines an 11.6-inch HD (1920 x 1080) display with traditional front-panel controls for efficient signal visualization and control.
