The Tektronix MSO5204B is a 2 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope that combines 4 analog channels with 16 digital channels for simultaneous capture and analysis of complex electronic systems. It delivers up to 10 GS/s real-time sampling on select channels, 25 Megapoints record length on all four analog channels, and >11 bits vertical resolution via HiRes sampling. The instrument captures waveforms at rates exceeding 250,000 per second using FastAcq® technology, with optional FastFrame™ segmented memory supporting up to 290,000 segments and >310,000 waveforms per second. Digital channels employ MagniVu™ high-speed acquisition to resolve timing events at 60.6 ps resolution across 10,000 points at 16.5 GS/s.
