The Tektronix P6158 is a high-frequency passive probe designed for precision signal integrity measurements on modern digital and analog circuits. With 3 GHz bandwidth and 1.5 pF input capacitance, it delivers minimal circuit loading and faithful signal reproduction at elevated frequencies. The probe’s 20X attenuation factor integrates with TEKPROBE™-equipped oscilloscopes, providing automatic readout scaling. A compact 3.5 mm probe tip accommodates SureFoot® adapters for surface-mount device probing, while included short ground leads minimize signal path inductance.
